Gabi, a talented pastry chef, hails from Alberton. A graduate of The International Hotel School’s patisserie and baking program. Gabi’s passion for pastry began in her teenage years and has since flourished into a professional career.
Her unique flair for pastry has not only earned her a respected place in the kitchen but also the admiration of those who taste her creations. Her dedication to the craft took her across the globe to New York, where she honed her skills and expanded her culinary repertoire.
